A dry, lockable spot right by your slip
We rent secure storage units on site at Harbor 1 and Sundance Marina, a short walk from the docks. Keep life jackets, water toys, extra lines, tools, and off-season gear out of the cabin and out of the weather, without renting a unit across town.
Storage unit rates
| Where | Per month |
|---|---|
| Harbor 1 Marina | $100/mo |
| Sundance Marina | $100/mo |
Prices are per unit, per month, and billed on top of your moorage or storage. Sundance units are priced annual or month-to-month. Unit sizes vary by location. Ask our leasing team and they will confirm sizes and what is open.
Free up the boat and the garage
A unit at the marina keeps the gear you only use on the water close to the water. No off-site run before a trip, no clutter in the cabin, and a dry place for the things that pile up by the end of the season.
Already with us? Add a unit to your moorage or dry storage and keep everything in one place. Not with us yet, our leasing team can sort both at once.
