Our Story
Portland's marine hub since 1972
Sundance Marinas began with a single dock and a simple idea: give Pacific Northwest boaters a well-run, friendly place to keep their boats. More than fifty years later, that idea has grown into four marinas and a dry storage facility along the Columbia River — still family owned, still run by people who spend their own weekends on the water.
From open wet moorage and covered slips to heated dry storage for over 400 boats, the Sundance family of marinas covers nearly every way to keep and enjoy a boat in Portland. A travel lift and haul-out yard, on-demand launches, a marina club with a pool, and an on-site café mean everything a boater needs is close at hand.
What hasn't changed is the community. Sundance is where boaters gather to learn, swap stories, grab a bite at Sabor del Río, and head out onto the river together. We're proud to be a part of how generations of Portland families have spent their time on the Columbia.
