Heated dry storage to 35' at Sundance

Heated indoor boat storage on Hayden Island for boats to about 35'. Your boat stays out of the rain, freeze and snow all winter with no winterizing, and when you want to go out our crew launches it from the app: no trailering, no ramp lines. Professional forklift handling, self-service racks for washing and detailing, restrooms, showers, free WiFi, gated access and parking.

Rates depend on boat length and start at $279 a month on a lease; keeping the trailer here adds $100 a month, and the full table is on the pricing page. A winter pontoon rate keeps a pontoon on its trailer for a flat $400 a month through March 31, 2027 (trailer storage only, no launches). Includes the marina clubs and pool, one discounted haul-out a year (October to March), and service requests through the app.

The storage building is on Tomahawk Island, at the east end of Hayden Island. Launches go into North Portland Harbor, the Columbia's protected side channel, with the main river a few minutes out and the Willamette just west of the island.
