The 50' slip is $650 a month and the 60' is $725; both are on the pricing page. Tenants get the marina clubs and pool, one discounted haul-out a year (October to March), and service and detail requests through the app. Our leasing team confirms what's available.
Pacmar is on NE Marine Drive, on the Columbia's south shore a little east of the Interstate Bridge. The main channel is right outside, with Government Island upriver and Hayden Island down, and the Donaldsons gas dock on site.
