Sundance Marina
Sundance is our full-service flagship on Tomahawk Island, with open wet slips for boats up to 100 feet, a travel lift and haul-out yard, and a high-speed launch. Moorage tenants get full marina club access: the pool, clubhouse, restrooms and showers, and gated docks, a short cruise from the main channel.

Tenants at any Sundance marina share the marina clubs, pool, one discounted haul-out per year (at Sundance Marina), and service and detail requests through the app.
Wet slip rates
Sundance is our most-requested marina and is currently full. Openings do come up, and we can often place you right away at Harbor 1, Rodgers, or Pacmar. Add your name to the waitlist and our leasing team will match you with the best moorage we have. Join the waitlist →
