There's more water on the Columbia.
Tired of the boat taking up the driveway all winter? Keep your boat with Sundance year-round, wet moorage across four marinas, heated indoor dry storage, and on-demand launches, all a short trip up the river. Room for bigger boats, no seasonal drawdown to plan around, and if it is on its trailer we can pick it up in Lake Oswego.
A year-round home base for your boat
Lake Oswego is a great place to boat, until the lake draws down for maintenance and you're scrambling for somewhere to go. On the Columbia, Sundance gives you deep water all season, room for bigger boats, and a spot that's yours year after year. When the lake does come down, your boat is already settled in and ready. When it's full, you've got the whole river to explore, and if you'd rather not tow, we can help with transport.
Not sure where to keep your boat? Tell us what you've got and we'll find the right fit, a wet slip or heated dry storage.
Request moorageSkip the ramp. Skip the hassle.
Store your boat inside, clean, dry, and protected, and our crew has it in the water whenever you're ready. Prefer to step aboard anytime? Keep it in a wet slip instead.

Store it, or keep boating all winter
Lake Oswego draws down for the season. You can keep your boat with us either way, depending on how you want to use it over the winter.
Store it for the season
On the trailer, ready for spring
We store your boat on its trailer inside the heated building through the drawdown, out of the driveway with no freeze damage or winterizing. When the lake comes back, you tow it home and put it back in.
Keep boating all winter
Dry stack bunk and on-demand launch
Take it off the trailer into a heated bunk and keep boating the Columbia. Launch on-demand from the app, no ramp, no freeze damage or winterizing.
Heads-up for either path: Oswego Lake is privately managed, and the Lake Oswego Corporation controls what goes back in and when. Once a boat has been off the lake, they handle the inspection or decontamination before it returns, and we'll walk you through it. A lot of our Lake Oswego members decide the Columbia is where they want to stay.
